  3. Seeking Response from Whole Congregation - The team has gathered helpful feedback and continues to encourage the church to communicate with members of the Vitality Team regarding what our church is doing well or ideas for improvement as we discern God’s direction.
  4. Relational Covenant – The Leadership Team approved the new covenant and added an optional signature line. This resource appeared in the July Clarion, as well as a link on the blog was on Facebook. The covenant is a physical reminder that the way we relate to each other in Christian love is a powerful witness.
  5. Biblical Story Workshop – A workshop was held on  June 17th led by Vitality Team member Chris Mueller. Identifying a Biblical story provides a means of communicating how the Spirit is moving in this current season of life and ministry together. This will be used as a frame of reference throughout the Vitality Pathway.

Prayer Team - The prayer warriors that have committed to keeping Vitality Pathway process covered with intentional prayer are: Bob Hoaglund, Bill and Jean Hickox, Linda (Steve) Johnson, Tina Hull, Sandy Payfer, Jake Jacobs, Danielle Ertsgaard, Angie Branum, Bob and Deb Gilbertson and Joy St. John. They will receive monthly prayer points. The Clarion will also list these points and we hope everyone will partner with the members of this team.
  7. Communicate –The team strongly encourages a shared understanding of this process by visiting the FirstCov blog for Vitality related updates, news, and info.
  8. Internal Profile – The team is compiling and reviewing data to get an accurate picture of our church family. A more detailed analysis of our church will occur when we get to the “Pulse” survey conducted by our conference (taken by all members and regular attendees).
  9. External Profile – The team is reviewing the demographics and needs of River Falls to get a clear picture of the community around us. This will be a helpful overview for the Strategic Ministry Plan for the church.
  10. History – The team is reviewing church history highlights to determine what will inform, inspire and direct our vitality efforts.
  11. Praise – The recent baptisms and testimonies was proof that the Holy Spirit is alive and present in our church, a fire stirring in the souls of His people.
