THIS SUNDAY: SUMMER SERIES BEGINS!

Explore 1 Corinthians with “Upside Down: Living for Jesus in an Upside Down World”

Join us as we explore 1 Corinthians on challenging questions of life and world. What does it mean and look like to live for Jesus in the midst of a very complex and chaotic culture?  How do we live for Christ in a culture where the prevailing attitudes and values are often upside down and contrary to the life God has called us to live in Christ? Let’s seek to discover what it means and looks like to live for Jesus in a very complex and often hostile society. Something that we have to do every day of our lives.

THIS SUNDAY: SUMMER SCHEDULE BEGINS!

Services at 8:15a and 10:00a

Join us at these summer times to lift up God’s Name and to know Christ more! Please note that Sunday School returns in September.

Summer 2018: Learn about Reaching Out

Why: Summer finds you in different places. Stay connected and grow from wherever you are.
How: We will read “Organic Outreach for Families: Turning Your Home into a Lighthouse” Each week, one chapter with a FirstCov’er sharing a reflection on the blog. Then we can read (&, if you like, leave blog comments/replies, interacting from wherever we are.
Who: For anyone who is from a family or has a family (yes, that’s everybody, young and old.) This is important for all of us to reach a lost world, including those with kids/grandkids.
What Will I Learn: 1) reaching your own family (including extended family), 2) raising children of light in a dark world, 3) turning your home into a lighthouse.
Next Steps: Watch for the table with the books to buy (at a reduced price). Subscribe to the blog so you get the note when a post comes out.
