He has previously served as Youth Director at New London Covenant Church in New London, MN and planted and developed Oak Heights Covenant Church in Hutchinson, MN. He and his wife, Melissa, have three children, Christopher, Andrew and Danielle. He enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, proclaiming God’s Word and watching people grow in their walk with the Lord. He is convinced that Jesus has risen from the grave and has the power to change lives.
E-mail Director of Christian Formation and Family Ministries:
Brian Majerus
Being
on staff since 2006, Brian’s current ministry is encouraging growth with
individuals, couples, families, and the small group ministry. Through
experiences in youth ministry, management, and mental health work, Brian
developed a compassion for those who suffer and a passion for creating
opportunities of formation and transformation toward Christian
growth/maturity. In that pursuit, he graduated from Bethel Theological
Seminary with a Master’s degree studying biblical, theological, & formation
areas as well as marriage and family studies and therapy. Along with a love
for God and people, he enjoys a good conversation, reading, (an occasional)
run, movies, and writing (published in peer-reviewed journals). Brian, Kim
(wife), Micah & Sam (sons) may be found on “little adventures” of bike rides,
geocaching, hiking, “living room wrestling”, playing games and reading...
E-mail Director of Youth and Creative Arts:
Leah Gunderson
Leah has served on our staff since 2006. She attended Covenant Bible College in Ecuador, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sacred Music from Bethel University and attended the Joshua Leadership Institute through Tentmakers.
