Pastor: Todd Ertsgaard
Todd joined our staff as lead pastor in the spring of 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science from Northwestern College in Roseville, MN. and a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Theological Seminary in Arden Hills, MN. He also did extended studies at North Park University in Chicago, IL. He has previously served as Youth Director at New London Covenant Church in New London, MN and planted and developed Oak Heights Covenant Church in Hutchinson, MN. He and his wife, Melissa, have three children, Christopher, Andrew and Danielle. He enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, proclaiming God’s Word and watching people grow in their walk with the Lord. He is convinced that Jesus has risen from the grave and has the power to change lives.

Associate Pastor: Tim Theurer
Tim joined our staff in 2001. He holds Master's degrees from Columbia Biblical Seminary and Talbot School of Theology. He has previously served as a Shipboard Officer and Military Chaplain in the Navy. He and his wife, Marsha, have three children, Jennifer, Evan, and Ryan.

Youth/Music Director: Leah Jarosek
Leah joined our staff as part time Youth Director in August of 2006.  As of January 2007, Leah also moved into the role of Worship Leader. She previously ministered at 1st Covenant Church for a year and a half as the Worship Leader and is glad to be back! She attended Covenant Bible College in Ecuador and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sacred Music from Bethel University. Leah has a desire to minister to youth and minister through music.

Youth Director Assistant: Brian Majerus
Brian is our part-time Youth Assistant. He and his wife, Kim, have two sons, Micah and Samuel. Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UW-Platteville and began his graduate studies at Bethel Seminary in the fall of 2006. Brian has ministered as a part-time Youth Director for six years at an Alliance Missionary Church. He desires to share his experience in youth ministry and be of assistance to Leah and our youth and families.

Secretary: Jacquelyn Wallace
Jackie has been our secretary since 1994. Her office hours are 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. M-TH and 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Fridays. She and her husband, Dan, have three grown children, Son, Nick (married to Cindy),  and daughters, Janelle, and Lindsay. Jackie has one very spoiled cocker spaniel named Rusty. She enjoys attending sporting events, is a big Vikings fan (married to a big Packer fan)! She also enjoys scrapbooking, bowling, movies, and an occasional ride on her hubby's cycle!
